It is rare to have the luxury of this amount of practice during a learning programme. As trainers we excel in showing people how to change and then giving them the inclination and motivation to go out and practice on their own in the real world.

Our training programmes consistently achieve average evaluation ratings of 4.5 out of 5 or 9 out of 10. Our ILM level 5 training programme in coaching and mentoring for managers received full marks from all 8 senior managers who took part, including the Head of L&D. This organisation has now trained three cohorts of managers in order to promote a coaching culture.


In 2010 we won a National Training Award, along with Warburtons, one of our clients and BakeTran a specialist training provider in the baking industry.

We specialise in training in coaching skills, team building, communicating and influencing, managing conflict, facilitation skills, presentation skills, training the trainer, resilience and workplace mindfulness. We have produced our own training films to complement our most popular programmes.
